Mysterious markings on the wall

These markings are also found on the wall along the corridors outside my unit. I hope the management can paint them over to prevent any untoward incidents.

Dear idiot who suggested to put up the notice on the noticeboard. I have a few bloody comment for you. I don't care if you are the president of ISJMB whatsoever, obviously, you lack brain to even begin with, and you are not qualified to be the president of ISJMB, period.

1. You have all but insisted to put up the notice to inform the resident if they found the marking, they should report it to the management immediately. HOWEVER, there's flaw in your so called genius design to inform the resident. You are merely telling them to report to the management, and not WHAT THE BLOODY SYMBOLS MEAN, so most resident DO NOT CARE UNLESS THEIR HOUSE WAS BROKEN IN. Let me get this straight. My house was broken in 3 bloody times, so I know the symbols are marking of thief who have been eyeing the house for some certain time. So pray tell, you brainless bastard, are you actually TELLING THE RESIDENT TO REPOST TO THE MANAGEMENT OR YOU'RE TELLING THE THIEF THAT YOU KNOW THEIR TRICKS? Are you truly blind that you are not aware that by just 'informing' the resident to report it, they will ignore it until they knew what those symbols actually meant? You fool!

2. When the resident finally reported to the management, the management take no bloody action or even attempt to paint it up. I reported it somewhere in the middle of December, where the hell is the repaint? You really have the efficiency of turtle!

3. Who agreed to put up the so called notice that done nothing but to inform the resident to have their wall repaint and not inform them that the markings meant that the house will be broken in, in the first place? Did you reach unanimous agreement or your jackass brain told you to go ahead without others agreeing to it? Don't you know that the consequences of letting the thief know that you're watching them is fatal? NOW THE THIEF ARE CHALLENGING YOU! DON'T YOU REALIZE THAT? EVERY DAMNED DAY NEW MARKINGS APPEAR TIL THE MANAGEMENT CAN'T BE BOTHERED ABOUT THEM ANYMORE!

4. Those bloody thief obviously broke in during office hours, where most residents are out to work, usually 11am-5pm, why can't you get those lazy guards to make their rounds more often instead of having them yak and yak at the guardhouse? Bloody hell, your security guards even have a sofa behind the guardhouse... WHY THE HELL SECURITY GUARDS NEEDS SOFA FOR? SO THAT THEY CAN DOZE OFF ON DUTY? Oh, so now we're paying for security guards to sleep while the security of house home and family is at stake?
5. Do you need English lesson to improve your interpersonal writing skill in the first place? It seems to me that you failed in communicating your intent to inform the residents to be alert. YOU CHALLENGE THE THIEF INSTEAD. Thanks to you, our homes are not safe!

On 6 February 2009, Friday (between 7.00pm - 7.30pm), was a theft case in the parking lot at 5th floor.

A motorcyclist snatched a resident's handbag after she got down from her car. Not only that, the theif also poked (not stab but deep enough to cause wounds and bleeding) several times at the victom's stomach. The victim came downstrais, all traumatised and made a call downstairs near the guard house. A few residents were aware of this case as they were downstairs as well.

As a terrified resident, i would like to know if the management is increasing any safety measures?
Are motocycles allowed in the carparks?

Seems like thefts and robberies are getting rampant even IN A CONTROLLED compound. This incident took place in the evening 7pm-7.30pm WEEKDAY (Peak hour) where most people comes back from work and park their vehicles in the carpark, yet the theif is brave enough to make his move.

I do hope the management will look into this matter seriously. Thank you.

when everyone is facing problem, noone is willing to stand up and take up the responsibility, at least make attempts to do some good

when someone finally stood up, he/she will be criticized as a power thirsty, a brainless idiot.

why don't all of u start up a new JMB and do it in a better way? since u talked like u are more capable than that?

it is not for your fellow neighbours, it is about your own safety.

Interesting fact/info regarding JMB and the formation of JMC in Sunway City Berhad web.
Sunhttp://suncity.sunway.com.my/crm/faq/faq.aspx?id=4

A good source of information for everybody to understand the right to form JMC and take charge of the building management.

p/s - By the way, when is JMB going to call for AGM and elect JMC Members?
