Dear Owners and Residents;

Please be informed that the developer, Medan Idaman Sdn Bhd will be handing over the management and maintenance of the common properties of Idaman Sutera Condominium the Idaman Sutera Joint Management Body (JMB) effective from 1 October 2008 under the operation of the Building and Common Property (Maintenance And Management) Act 2007.

The Commissioner of Buildings had duly certified the establishment of Idaman Sutera Joint Management Body(JMB) on 11 August 2008.

We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate the Joint Management Committee for the successful formation of JMB.

Please welcome the committee members and give your full supports to them.

The list of the committee members is attached for your reference.

Idaman Sutera – just another property to a few, a house to some but a place call home to others. Let’s us work together with JMB to make the condo a better place to live in and a great home.

Fire 19sep08 @ 6pm



This is most unfortunate. Whoever started this will have to be severely punished. This sort of act clearly endangers everyone's life and the culprit should be brought to face the music in the court of law.
The above incident happened reportedly due to two foreign kids lighting up one of the discarded matteresses and with the wind blowing strongly that evening, the fire quickly spread throughout the unofficial "dumpsite". Luckily the hydrant was working and the security and management staffs managed to put off the fire before the arrival of bomba. "Syabas" to Mr. Magen, Siva, Low and all residents who were involved to put out the fire.
To everyone let us play our role as responsible residents and be watchful of circumstances which could lead to untowards incidents such as this.

Long time me no go swimming.....

Yea folks, that's how long the new "KEEP CLEAN" sticker survived in one of the lift in Block A yesterday!. I just wish I could get my hands on whoever the culprit is and as penalty, paste the stickers all over his head! Or we can tease this people by sticking another sign that says "PLEASE DO NOT STEAL THIS SIGN" and see what happens.

Guess its high time to install to those spy cam!! Bye..

What Star Rating Would you give Our Idaman Sutera?

Folks, frankly i am giving this place a 2 star. When I bought this place, it was described as being "an apartment with condo facilities" (very catchy sales pitch ah?!). So for the apartment portion, I'm giving it a 3 star but for the "condo facilities" part, sorry guys, a miserable - 1 (read minus 1) for you. Just do a simple maths and you'll have an overall 2 stars [3+(-1)]=2.

So come on guys, let's make this place better - get involved, participate, contribute, be proactive, take control - all in the spirit of good neighbourliness and goodwill amongst us. QUOTING from Abe Lincoln (modified version)" ask not what idaman sutera can do for you but ask what you can do to idaman sutera !!! Bye..

Sounds like a good rock song title eh?! That was exactly what are some of the filthy things that are being torpedoed out from some units in block A these days. Imagine lying in yr bed and suddenly a white flash zapping near yr window. Thinking it might be something heavenly sent, you peeped out yr window only to gaze at a used pamper splattered on the pavement below..

The list of rubbish that found their way down similarly includes empty cans, cotton buds, food wrappers, tissues, cigarette butts and so on. Wonder how some people can be so foolish and uncivilised. Come on man! Have some respect to other people la! You duduk kat condo bukan duduk sorang-sorang..!

I will try to snap some photos the next time for all to see and hopefully that will get some sense into these peoples' head!!
