Folks, frankly i am giving this place a 2 star. When I bought this place, it was described as being "an apartment with condo facilities" (very catchy sales pitch ah?!). So for the apartment portion, I'm giving it a 3 star but for the "condo facilities" part, sorry guys, a miserable - 1 (read minus 1) for you. Just do a simple maths and you'll have an overall 2 stars [3+(-1)]=2.
So come on guys, let's make this place better - get involved, participate, contribute, be proactive, take control - all in the spirit of good neighbourliness and goodwill amongst us. QUOTING from Abe Lincoln (modified version)" ask not what idaman sutera can do for you but ask what you can do to idaman sutera !!! Bye..

i think the cleaning ladies do a very good job in keep our place clean. It is those inconsiderate residances or outsiders that we should keep an eye on.
Our security guards should be more aware of whose coming in and out.
I did discover the some of our guards were sleeping on the job. I caught them once at the carpark exit.
They should make more rounds in the multilevel car park. There were beer bottles laying around in the carpark suggesting that people is drinking there. Should this be allow?

I noticed that lots of outside ppl bring thier friends & children to our swiming pool and use the condo facilities. Seems like no control at our main entrance.I still remember at the early stage we need to show the resiednt card in order to get in the swiming pool. After a while, no more control. I think its time to review the process.

Totally agree with you. I think the tricky part is the implementation part. I wonder how many of us still have our old resident card. Anyway will discuss with the other JMB members for some concrete proposals on this matter.

I think this is not only for the security but also for the safety of the pool users. Swimming pool is well known for its accidents. Someone should be stationed there.
