Repairs at Idaman Sutera condo stopped due to lack of funds

Anonymous said...: Well, it was way back to 2005. It could be thousand and one excuses given by developer...
Or it could be partially true where there are unit owners who refuse to pay up the maintenance fees for whatever reason. But thanks to the new act, we can now take action on those stubborn one. :D
